I am an executive coach and accredited psychotherapist providing coaching, consultancy and counselling services for individuals and organisations. I have a background of over 25 years in senior management roles and managing teams, with experience gained across the public and private sectors.
I have an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Roehampton University and a Masters in Business Studies and Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin. I have also undertaken specialised training in Coaching with the AoEC, GE, CTI and The Mind Gym, CBT with WPF, and Mindfulness for Health with Breathworks. I am a trained facilitator for the Advanced Communications Skills training course (ACST) for senior healthcare professionals and Course Tutor for the FdA programme at Iron Mill College.
I am a registered member of UKCP, accredited by BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) as well as being an accredited clinical member of the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA). I am also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and of Lapidus the writing for wellbeing organisation.
I have a particular interest in the systemic approach to working with teams and organisations, and am an advocate for writing as a powerful tool to aid well-being and personal development.
