Following a strategic review of its global business the Infrastructure division of Cap Gemini concluded that a significant realignment of its go-to-market proposition was required if it was to continue to be competitive long-term. This had implications not just for the products and services it offered but also the knowledge, capabilities and skills it would need to deploy to meet these demands.
Partnering with the HR and Internal Communications teams we developed a narrative that set out the vision for the division and an employee engagement strategy to help colleagues see the part they could play in Cap Gemini’s future. As part of this we ensured appropriate feedback loops were in place to allow employee voice to be heard and put in place a measurement plan to monitor the impact of the strategy against objectives.
