I work with a wide range of issues common to people seeking therapy such as depression, low self-esteem and bereavement for example. However I specialise in supporting individuals (their families and friends) with the emotional impact of chronic or life-limiting health conditions (e.g. cancer, MS, ME, chronic pain, etc.).
I offer a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space in the beautiful New Forest. A space for you to examine how you might be feeling about certain issues, develop insight and understanding as to why this might be and consider what choices or coping strategies might be available to you. The pace and nature of the work will guided by you.
Though my approach to therapy is primarily existential-analytic, I also draw on systemic, person-centred and cognitive behavioural models if I feel it will be helpful for my clients.
