I work with a wide range of issues common to people seeking therapy such as depression, low self-esteem and bereavement for example. I also have two areas of special interest, namely working with people living with long-term or life-limiting health conditions (e.g. cancer, chronic pain) and supporting those struggling with work-related issues such as stress, anxiety, career pressures and work-life balance.
I offer a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space in the beautiful New Forest. A space for you to examine how you might be feeling about certain issues, develop insight and understanding as to why this might be and consider what choices or coping strategies might be available to you. The pace and nature of the work will guided by you.
Though my approach to therapy is primarily existential-analytic, I also draw on systemic, person-centred and cognitive behavioural models if I feel it will be helpful for my clients.
