“Bringing ourselves authentically into relationship leads to inevitable conflict around difference, and the courage to move into conflict is essential for growth and change.”

I offer supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists. I also offer reflective practice groups for clinicians and healthcare professionals.
My experience as a therapist alongside that of coach and trainer underpin my approach to supervision. I aim to provide a supportive, encouraging and stretching environment for you to reflect on your clients’ material and the quality of your relationships, as well as an opportunity to explore how you wish to develop your practice. My MSc thesis explored how the therapist’s courage can contribute to the therapeutic relationship and be helpful to practice.
My psychotherapeutic approach is primarily existential-analytic however I am able to supervise across a variety of modalities including psychoanalytic, person-centred, existential, gestalt, TA and integrative.
Supervision is available face-to-face or via Skype. Please contact me to discuss your needs or to arrange an initial session.
